Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; five years in progressive office management or bookkeeping experience.
• Fluent English (read/write/speak).
• Available for 24-hour emergency contact.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial statements and month-end close.
• Oversee processing of deposits (ACH, cash, card, and checks).
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, promotions, changes, and terminations.
• Track contracts, insurance, and registrations as requested.
