Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Business Manager to oversee the marina's financial data, daily entries and reconciliations, and to support administration and staff development.

The role includes producing monthly financial reports, general ledger entries, and ensuring compliance with company and federal requirements while managing vendor and member accounts and maintaining COI records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in accounting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marina financial data with daily entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
• Assist in staff management and administrative support to achieve business goals.
• Loster liaison between marina financials and corporate to ensure accuracy.
