Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Maricopa County region, including Phoenix and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with heavy equipment owners, contractors, fleet managers, and government entities, driving auction-based sales across construction, agriculture, and transportation sectors.

Your role involves field outreach, presenting Purple Wave services, and closing deals while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet or government industries preferred.
• Must be able to complete background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate clients about Purple Wave’s auction services and how to use them to buy or sell equipment.
• Enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain communication with the team.
• Support all phases of the auction process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Purple Wave at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote services and assets.
• Travel to assigned territory to build trust and close deals.
