Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a dedicated Case Aide to join the MAP program in Barstow, CA. The role focuses on supervising clients, coordinating intake, and supporting rehabilitation through vocational training and personal development services.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed care, adherence to agency policies, and collaboration with a network of sub-contractors at a single site. The hourly rate is $22.52, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three years’ experience in social services or similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and enforces agency policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Coordinates intake data, documents program plan goals with clients, and monitors treatment stipulations, job readiness, and community resource referrals.
• Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
• Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulations, and policies; performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
