Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Case Aide for our MAP program in San Bernardino, CA. You will monitor client locations, collect samples, coordinate discharges, and supervise work assignments while enforcing facility policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent social services experience, strong written and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer a comprehensive benefits package in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client location supervision and ensure policy compliance.
• Collect urine samples and document results; perform breathalyzer testing.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervise client work assignments and verify completion.
• Apply program procedures and enforce facility rules.
