Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is hiring a dedicated Case Aide for its Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) in San Bernardino, CA. The role focuses on engaging the community and assisting justice-involved individuals to develop rehabilitative skills through various programming.

The successful candidate will oversee client locations, conduct urine tests, and document program goals while supervising client activities. Benefits include vacation accrual, medical and dental plans, and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with three years’ experience in social services or a similar field; education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times.
• Collects urine samples and completes related paperwork.
• Develops and documents program plan goals with clients.
• Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervises client work assignments.
