Community Solutions, Inc. in Barstow, CA is seeking a dedicated Case Aide for our MAP Program. The role focuses on supervising clients, coordinating intake and discharge processes, and delivering trauma-informed services aimed at long-term skills development.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with three years’ social services experience, strong written/interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a $22.52 hourly rate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years’ experience in social services or similar field.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Client supervision and location accountability per agency policies.
• Maintain key control, head counts and logging of client location and visitors.
• Collect intake data and develop program plan goals with clients; monitor treatment stipulations and job readiness.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies and supervise client work assignments.
• Adhere to program procedures and enforce rules; perform other duties as assigned.
