Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years’ experience in social services or similar field; degree may be substituted with experience.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collect intake data and develop program plan goals with clients.
• Monitor treatment stipulations, job readiness prep, and referrals.
• Assist in client orientation and recommend corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervise client work assignments and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Adhere to program procedures and policies; enforce rules.
