Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Manufacturing and Environmental Services Executive to prospect, sell, and grow major manufacturing accounts in a designated market. You will deliver presentations, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and build long-term relationships to expand total waste stream solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive account management, cross-selling across special waste, recycling and solid waste offerings, and achieving revenue targets in a dynamic North American operations

• Deliver sales presentations to grow existing accounts and secure timely renewals.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing action plans for waste services.
• Use CRM daily to document activities and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and drive retention.
• Participate in trade shows and events to increase company visibility.
• Coordinate with pricing initiatives and respond to customer inquiries.
