Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day execution in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. You will manage staffing, scheduling, throughput, and safety while coordinating with Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure smooth transitions between stages.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership in engineered-to-order environments and can drive improvements in throughput, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience within contract manufacturing or engineered-to-order production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for an assigned value stream from material release through final shipment.
• Own staffing, scheduling, throughput, and daily execution against the production plan.
• Develop Production Supervisors and frontline teams (25-100+ employees).
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize end-to-end flow.
