Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume manufacturing floor, coordinating fabrication, welding, and mechanical/electrical assembly teams. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance while partnering with engineering, quality, and planning to remove barriers and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, a strong Lean background, and proven ability to optimize throughput in dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 2 years of leadership supervising production teams.
Experience in contract/manufacturing, modular manufacturing, fabrication, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production activities to safely achieve schedules and deliver customer commitments.
Coach, develop, and hold accountable hourly production employees.
Monitor labor utilization, staffing levels, and production priorities to maximize throughput.
Ensure activities follow standard work and manufacturing processes; escalate constraints to minimize downtime.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in throughput, safety, quality, and cost.
