Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a manufacturing value stream. You will own staffing, scheduling, throughput, safety, quality, delivery, and cost while guiding frontline Supervisors and teams.

You will partner with Metal Fabrication, Welding, Mfg Eng, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure on-time, within-spec production and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading Production Supervisors and frontline teams.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or engineered-to-order production.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for an assigned value stream from material release through final shipment.
• Own staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, throughput, and execution against the plan.
• Develop Production Supervisors and teams across 25-100+ employees.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets (SQDC).
• Drive throughput, bottleneck removal, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and readiness for new products.
