Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations for an assigned manufacturing value stream. You will own staffing, scheduling, throughput, safety, quality, delivery, and cost while coaching frontline Supervisors and teams across 25–100+ staff.

You will partner with Metal Fabrication, Welding, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to move work efficiently through manufacturing stages and drive continuous improvements in throughput and Lean

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading Production Supervisors and frontline teams.
• Experience in contract manufacturing and engineered-to-order environments.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and assembly operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for an assigned value stream.
• Staffing, scheduling, throughput, and daily execution against plan.
• Develop and mentor Production Supervisors and teams (~25–100+ employees).
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost across SQDC metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across value streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Fabrication, Welding, Eng., QA, and Supply Chain.
• Drive NPI readiness and manufacturing ramp-ups for new products.
