Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Goodyear, AZ, seeks a Production Manager to lead day-to-day execution of a value stream within contract manufacturing for engineered-to-order products.

You will staff, schedule, ensure safety and quality, and drive throughput while coordinating with metal fabrication, welding, and assembly teams.

This role requires 7–10 years of senior manufacturing leadership, experience with 25–100+ staff, and strong Lean/ERP/SAP know-how.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing production organizations of 25–100+ employees.
• Experience in contract manufacturing and engineered-to-order products.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for an assigned value stream from material release to final shipment.
• Staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, throughput, and execution against plan.
• Develop frontline leaders and drive improvements in throughput, quality, safety, and cost.
• Coordinate with Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Assembly to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Drive lean initiatives, value stream mapping, and kaizen events.
