Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a Production Manager to own the shop floor for a high-volume value stream from material release to final shipment. This hands-on leadership role links fabrication, welding, engineering, and quality, driving throughput, safety, and quality while achieving cost targets.

You will lead 25–100+ staff, implement Lean tools, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate with manufacturing engineering and supply chain to ramp new products and remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in manufacturing leadership, including experience directly managing production supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Run daily production operations for your value stream — staffing, scheduling, throughput, and output — from material release through final shipment.
