Proficiency in LMS and e-learning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for all levels of manufacturing personnel.
Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
Track and report on training effectiveness, participation, and completion rates.
Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with production goals.
Ensure all training complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
