The Pivot Group Network in West Michigan seeks a Training Manager / Coordinator in Caledonia, MI to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing training programs. You will partner with internal SMEs and external providers, manage the LMS, and ensure training records are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
3+ years in training development and delivery, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience with LMS administration.
Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing personnel.
Coordinate external training providers and internal subject matter experts.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory training requirements.
