• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for all levels of manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions with minimal production disruption.
• Assess training needs via surveys, interviews, and manager/employee input.
• Maintain training records and certifications for compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and Recommend improvements.
• Manage training budget, including materials and external vendors.
• Onboard new employees with essential safety, quality, and operational training.
