Job summary

Campbell's is hiring an Associate Manager, Training to lead site-wide learning and capability development at our manufacturing campus. You will design, execute, and continuously improve training programs to raise performance, safety, and compliance across the site.

Partnering with site leadership and the Supply Chain Training COE, you will ensure employees have the skills needed today and for tomorrow. The role supervises hourly teams and drives the training budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, education, or related field.
• 3+ years in training/learning and development, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and delivering training with adult-learning methods.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide training programs to improve performance and compliance.
• Own onboarding for hourly and salaried employees and measure impact.
• Develop materials, partner with external providers, and manage records.
• Coach hourly Training Technicians and manage the training budget.
