Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (Alchemy, Redzone).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site training programs and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
• Develop materials, assessments, and learning modules.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and governance across the site.
• Coach Training Technicians and drive continuous improvement.
