Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Associate Manager, Training to lead and develop comprehensive training programs that elevate employee capability and operational excellence at the Lakeland manufacturing facility.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, and People & Culture to assess needs, implement learning solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
• Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership with coaching and development of employees.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in LMS and training technologies including Alchemy and Redzone.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food manufacturing compliance.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative mindset across functions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs across levels and functions in the manufacturing facility.
• Own site onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
• Design and implement scalable training programs.
• Create training materials: presentations, manuals, videos.
• Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with external providers and vendors as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Maintain records for compliance and reporting.
• Manage site learning systems and data accuracy.
• Develop training metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with leadership for succession planning.
• Lead Training Governance across departments.
• Budget management for training initiatives.
• Uphold safety, quality, food safety policies.
