Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Training Supervisor in the United States to drive technical training, onboarding, and ongoing employee development across manufacturing operations. You will design curricula, manage LMS platforms, and partner with plant leadership to close capability gaps while ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership of trainers, collaboration across HR, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations, and the application of Lean/TPM/IWS methodologies to achieve

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing training programs in manufacturing or industrial environments; food preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with plant goals.
• Manage training systems, LMS, digital libraries, and automated solutions.
• Lead the Train-the-Trainer program and coach trainers and SMEs.
• Oversee onboarding and qualification tools for operational roles.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to training effectiveness and safety outcomes.
