Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Training Manager to design, develop and deliver technical and non-technical training programs across the organization. You will lead instructors and drive curriculum evolution using LMS and eLearning strategies to improve performance.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage budgets, oversee training centers, and implement assessments to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people (2+ years).
• 2+ years’ experience with Data Center related architecture, electrical and thermal systems, safety and security.
• Strong time management, public speaking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create training schedules for all company departments, track and report outcomes and maintain training records.
• Train new hires on policies and procedures using best training methods for audience.
• Gather information from employees and management to identify training gaps and areas needing improvement.
• Lead a team of instructors to design, develop and deliver training programs for Vertiv Personal.
• Develop eLearning strategy for technical training delivery and build eLearning capability of the team.
