Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and lead programs that support manufacturing operations and business goals. You will assess learning needs, develop standardized curricula, and partner with leaders and subject matter experts to create effective training solutions.

The role includes LMS administration, data analysis, and coaching trainers. Ideal candidates bring strong instructional design, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels

Qualifications

Experience in Learning & Development within a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong instructional design principles and blended learning approaches.
Experience with LMS, surveys, and content development platforms.
Analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve training programs aligning with manufacturing goals.
Assess learning needs and translate them into structured curricula and training materials.
Standardize training content and processes for consistency across teams and locations.
Analyze training data and feedback to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Collaborate with leaders and SME to capture technical knowledge for learning.
Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and support the training team.
