Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a senior Education & Training lead to develop, implement, and administer human performance development for a diverse field service and sales workforce. You will oversee content, delivery methods, and training quality to meet current and future business needs.

The role requires deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and industry standards, with hands-on experience managing training programs, LMS platforms, and certification pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer (BSEE) with 6+ years in electrical power training or equivalent.
• Experience with adult learning methods and instructional design is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards (NETA, NFPA, IEEE) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to deliver education and training for field service, safety, sales, and business functions.
• Manage learning programs and assess training efficacy and KPIs.
• Oversee LMS (Vertiv Learning) support and ensure content aligns with industry standards.
