Qualifications

• Experience/Knowledge in adult learning methods, emotional intelligence, 6D’s, and The Kirkpatrick Learning Model.
• NETA, NFPA, IEEE, IAEI and/or other professional organizations involvement preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and standards such as OSHA, NETA, NFPA.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to deliver education and training for field service, safety, sales and business functions.
• Oversee training facilities, classrooms, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Vertiv Learning and Development to manage LMS support.
• Develop and maintain course materials and assessments.
• Ensure training programs meet current and future business needs.
• Perform course audits to ensure content meets standards.
