Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Training and Education Manager to design, develop, and administer education programs for field service, safety, and sales. You will lead development, implementation, and evaluation of human performance training across the organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing training efficacy, KPI monitoring, and alignment with industry standards such as NETA/NFPA/IEEE. This role requires collaboration with SMEs, managing LMS, and ensuring up-to-date content and delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Experience with adult learning methods, emotional intelligence, and Kirkpatrick model.
• Involvement with professional organizations such as NETA, NFPA, IEEE, IAEI is preferred.
• Graduate Engineer (BSEE) with electrical power field training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead education and training programs for field service, safety, sales, and business functions.
• Manage LMS support and ensure content aligns with current industry standards.
• Oversee training resources, facilities, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Develop and maintain training materials and assessments; coordinate 3rd party training.
