The LEGO Group seeks a Manufacturing Job Trainer to elevate workforce capability across production and warehouse environments. You'll deliver hands-on operator training, coach on safety and quality, and maintain standardized work instructions on a non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule (6pm–6am).

You will document training materials with cross-functional teams, reinforce SOPs, and support continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and scalable performance across shifts.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high‑volume environments.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (6pm–6am).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands‑on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Create and update training materials with engineering, operations, maintenance, and global teams.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with standards.
• Communicate process or quality updates to the workforce.
