Job summary

LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Job Trainer to develop workforce capability, strengthen safety and quality, and ensure consistent performance across production shifts. You will coach on the floor, deliver hands-on training, and align SOPs with engineering and operations teams.

The role offers a 2‑2‑3 day shift schedule, with a starting pay of $27.50 per hour and a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high‑volume environments.
• TWI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
• Conduct cross‑shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
• Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
