The LEGO Group is seeking a Logistics Job Trainer for the night shift in the United States, Virginia, Richmond. You will develop workforce capability, coach on safety and quality, and standardize training across production shifts.

Compensation includes $27.50/hr with a 10% night shift differential to $30.25/hr. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high-volume environments.
• TWI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (6pm–6am).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
• Conduct cross-shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
• Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
