Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Logistics Job Trainer for the night shift to develop workforce capability, uphold safety and quality, and ensure consistent performance across production shifts in a high-volume production and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include hands-on operator training, equipment operation guidance, and cross-shift coaching. The role emphasizes structured training, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement, with a 12-hour 2-2-3 night schedule (6pm–6am).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high-volume environments.
• TWI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (6pm-6am).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
• Conduct cross-shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
• Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
• Create and update training materials with engineering, operations, maintenance, and global teams.
• Communicate process or quality updates to the workforce.
• Recommend improvements based on training feedback.
