Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Manufacturing Job Trainer to build workforce capability, strengthen safety and quality, and ensure consistent performance across all production shifts. The role supports new and existing employees with hands-on coaching, standardized work, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-volume production and warehouse environment.

This Temp. Pack site role offers a starting pay of $27.50 per hour, with a 2-2-3 day shift schedule and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high-volume environments.
• TWI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (6am–6pm).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
• Conduct cross-shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
• D edicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
