Job summary

LEGO Group in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Job Trainer to lead hands-on operator training, floor coaching, and skills development across high-volume production and warehouse environments on a 2-2-3 schedule (6pm–6am).

You will develop workforce capability, strengthen safety and quality, maintain standardized work, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high-volume environments.
• TWI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (6pm-6am).
• Starting pay: $27.50/hour plus 10% shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
• Conduct cross-shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
• Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
