Job summary

Plymouth Tube Company - Trent is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and oversight of training for production associates in our Wisconsin mill.

The role works with department supervisors to weave safety, quality, productivity, and performance expectations into the training program and to document new training processes and materials aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing training or related programs.
• Ability to develop and document training materials, work instructions, and standard work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules for new hires, transfers, and job bid employees.
• Conduct on-the-job, refresher, safety, and job-specific training sessions.
• Develop and implement training methods and materials to improve understanding and performance.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and training matrices.
