Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical or related Engineering from a four‑year college or university.
• Must have demonstrated experience with team-based work and strong project management skills.
• Ability to interpret product designs for manufacturability and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establishs, verifies, and maintains standard work instructions for operation and setup of equipment.
• Researches world class manufacturing practices and coordinates with management and shop floor on implementation.
• Troubleshoots day-to-day issues with a focus on continuous improvement of equipment, procedures, and metrics.
