Job summary

The role involves documenting new training processes, creating effective materials, delivering on-the-job and safety training, and maintaining standardized work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes.
• Experience training, coaching, or developing employees in manufacturing.
• Ability to develop and document training materials and standard work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct new hire and transfer training sessions.
• Develop training methods and materials for effective learning.
• Document standardized training processes and work instructions.
• Administer tests to measure knowledge and readiness for certification.
• Monitor training progress and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain training records and metrics to track effectiveness.
• Collaborate with supervisors and Quality to ensure QMS compliance.
