Job summary

Mikart, LLC is seeking a Production Training Manager to design and manage training across manufacturing and packaging. You will partner with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, onboarding, qualifications, and maintaining records while ensuring FDA/GMP/OSHA compliance. You will deliver instructor-led and digital training and drive improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years developing and delivering employee training programs.
• Experience with GMP, OSHA, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, SOPs, and competency assessments.
• Strong MS Office skills and LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and e-learning training.
• Create curricula, lesson plans, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding training for new production staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders to close skill gaps and drive improvements.
• Ensure records compliance and support audits with training evidence.
• Develop leadership and technical programs for career growth.
• Prepare training reports and dashboards for leadership.
