Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate new hire orientation, safety, operational, and development training.
• Lead classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training across topics.
• Develop training content, presentations, job aids, and instructional materials.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and documentation.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, upskilling, and workforce development initiatives.
