Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Responsabilidades

• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Operates and maintains machines such as saws, draw benches, spinning machines, vapor de-greasers and furnaces.
• Assists machine operators to set up machines and handle finished work pieces for transport.
• Communicates quality, equipment issues and improvement ideas to management and peers.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and a flexible team environment.
• Follows work instructions and procedures.
