Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer in Quonset, RI to develop and implement high-fidelity automated test procedures across component and system levels. You’ll work with engineers and technicians to advance testing capabilities and ensure quality as production scales.

The role requires a strong background in electrical/electromechanical testing, Python/Matlab, and experience with various hardware interfaces. Eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Matlab, Shell or similar.
• Experience with USB, Ethernet, RS232/RS485, PCIe, HDMI, CAN protocols.
• 3+ years in test design for electro-mechanical hardware in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build broad test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system to component level.
• Develop, execute and manage test ecosystems to de-risk hardware and meet reliability targets.
• Perform hands-on root-cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems using structured problem solving.
• Design semi-automated testing equipment and protocols for subsystem characterization and environmental testing.
• Collaborate with design and systems teams through product development to manage test deployment in production.
