Graphic Packaging International, LLC in Waco, TX is seeking an Associate Manager, Technical Training to design and implement scalable training across a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will translate operations into clear learning solutions using Articulate Rise and other tools, partnering with mill leadership and SMEs.

The role emphasizes project management, materials development, and assessment of training effectiveness, with travel up to 10% and flexible hours to support shifts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical training or L&D, incl. manufacturing.
• Experience implementing training in large, multi-shift plants.
• Advanced skills writing work instructions, SOPs, job aids, and assessments.
• Hands-on experience creating e-learning with Articulate Rise.
• Experience partnering with SMEs to document requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple training projects and timelines.
• Experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, and on-the-job settings.
• Experience using LMS and training data to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable technical training programs across large manufacturing environments.
• Partner with mill leaders to identify performance needs and design solutions.
• Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and facilitator guides.
• Develop on-demand digital learning using Articulate Rise and other tools.
• Coordinate pilot testing, deployment, and sustainment of programs.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure materials comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Track training effectiveness and qualification data.
