Job summary

Accredo Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Training Content Developer to create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and digital learning resources for manufacturing operations in Sugar Land, TX.

The role collaborates with Plant Leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to standardize procedures and ensure accurate content management in the LMS. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in training content and documentation, with experience in manufacturing environments and video/digital content

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Instructional Design, Training and Development, Technical Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training project coordination, technical writing, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, converting, packaging, or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with LMS preferred.
• Experience with video editing and digital graphics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, job aids, presentations, onboarding materials, and training documentation using approved templates.
• Convert SME input and observations into standardized training content.
• Coordinate SME interviews, process observations, and media capture sessions.
• Facilitate review workflows across multiple departments to secure approvals.
• Track projects, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely documentation and training materials.
• Publish training materials within LMS and manage content localization.
• Create basic instructional videos and visual training aids.
