Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX, is seeking a Manager, L&D to design, develop, and deliver technical training for our manufacturing and services sites across North America.

This onsite role partners with Site HR leaders and regional Training Managers to align programs with ISO and EHS standards, advance onboarding, and build clear career paths.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical training and demonstrates exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent.
• Experience designing technical manufacturing training programs.
• Minimum 5 years of training experience.
• Proven experience leading small teams and driving project success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and facilitate technical training programs for Austin manufacturing facility and North America sites.
• Collaborate with Site HR leaders and regional Training Managers to ensure consistency; identify enterprise-wide best practices.
• Review and enhance training programs to improve quality, engagement, and retention.
• Align learning efforts with corporate learning roadmap and support UCT culture.
• Maintain knowledge of new training methods and technologies.
