Qualifications
- 5+ years leading technical training or operational L&D in large-scale electronics or high-volume manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience developing IPC quality certifications, shop-floor skill matrices, and safety/compliance modules.
- Track record of scaling direct labor workforce training through greenfield site launches and rapid ramps.
Responsibilities
- Direct Labor Onboarding & Productivity: Build accelerated onboarding programs for direct labor and contingent technicians to minimize time-to-productivity on high-volume assembly lines.
- Skills Matrix & Operator Certification: Establish shop-floor skill matrices, IPC workmanship standards, ESD compliance, and continuous recertification processes.
- NPI & Engineering Alignment: Partner with process engineering, NPI teams, and Site General Managers to turn technical product specs into standard training modules.
- Multi-Site Standardization: Align training standards, safety protocols, and procedures across Texas operations.
- Train-the-Trainer Capability: Develop floor-level train-the-trainer models enabling lead technicians to deliver on-the-job training.
