Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking an Associate Manager, Technical Training to implement scalable training across large, 24/7 manufacturing environments. You will translate operational processes into clear, accessible learning solutions and develop work instructions, SOPs, and e-learning with Rise.

Requires 5+ years in technical training, strong instructional design skills, and experience advancing training programs with SMEs. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/CAPM) preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with Articulate Rise and LMS; ability to create on-demand training.
• Ability to document equipment, processes, safety, quality, and job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and improvement of technical and operations training programs in large manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with mill leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and solutions.
• Write and maintain work instructions, SOPs, job aids, and assessment tools.
• Create on-demand digital learning content with Rise and other tools.
• Coordinate pilots, deployment, change management, and sustainment of programs.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
