Trane Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to own the customer relationship across a defined portfolio. You will drive account strategies, service delivery, and budget planning while ensuring timely responses and site visits for opportunity identification.

The role emphasizes financial review, collaboration with service and estimating teams, and active support of renewal and growth initiatives within a high-performance sales environment.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to handle high-stress situations.
Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and in writing.
Proficient with telephone, computer and office equipment.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Owns customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for the assigned portfolio.
Drives account management: profiles, strategies, service delivery, and budgets.
Responds to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
Visits customer sites to ensure work is executed and identify opportunities.
Coordinates with Service Resource team to align schedules and parts.
Reviews financial performance of accounts and proposes corrective actions.
Supports lead generation and quick quotes and renewal activity.
