Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Deployment Leaders to drive customer deployments for a manufacturing technology platform. You will own the full deployment lifecycle, from initial configuration to go-live, while learning each customer’s processes and tailoring the platform to their needs.

You will train users from ownership to plant-floor teams and provide ongoing support across calls, texts, emails, and tickets. Travel to customer sites (about 25-50%) is required, with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing/ERP or MES experience.
• Ownership of customer outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable working with leadership and plant-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from initial configuration through go-live
• Learn customers’ production and administrative workflows
• Configure the software around each customer’s operational needs
• Train everyone from ownership to plant-floor users
• Provide ongoing technical support through calls, texts, emails, and support tickets
• Build trusted relationships across customer accounts
• Balance deployment speed, quality, and long-term customer satisfaction
• Partner with Engineering on product feedback and feature development
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, training, tools, and collaboration
