Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Deployment Leader/Engineer to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle. This role partners with manufacturing clients to understand operations, configure solutions to fit workflows, and drive adoption from leadership to the plant floor.

You will lead end-to-end deployments, deliver training to stakeholders, and drive strong user adoption while balancing time-to-value with long-term satisfaction. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and ERP/MES environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with strong GPA or substantial manufacturing experience.
• Willing to travel 25-50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to assess manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Configure software to align with customer operations and goals.
• Lead end-to-end deployments from setup to go-live.
• Deliver training across all levels from execs to plant floor.
• Drive user adoption and ensure long-term utilization.
• Identify deployment risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for customer support via calls, emails, and tickets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to provide feedback.
• Improve deployment processes, tooling, and training materials.
