Job summary

Integer is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Leader responsible for directing multiple Production Supervisors and frontline staff. You will oversee manufacturing operations for assigned product lines, sustain production, ensure built-in quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will interact with support teams, and manage new products and technologies while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production activities and teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product Development and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities for defined product lines and meet KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to completion.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EH&S, and site policies.
• Partner with peers to align on strategies and resource prioritization.
