Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience and one to three years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of experience.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for individual and team performance that support department metrics.
• Organize, prioritize and delegate workload to meet daily output targets.
• Develop understanding of how department metrics support Silfex’s annual operating plan.
• Understand workflows in the area, including inputs, outputs and impacting parameters.
• Execute manufacturing schedules to meet delivery dates, quality standards and cost targets.
